• Strong analytical / problem solving skills.• Ability to identify and evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.• Exceptional influencing and communication skills.• Exceptional ability to translate between non-technical business users and requirement to IT technical solutions.• Excellent client service attitude.• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Should be able to write technical specification document.• Coding, development & testing, application support.
• Participate in full life-cycle programming, develop software based on design requirements, and ensure software works to specifications.
• Ensure smooth flow of development activities.
• Should have strong analytical , requirement understanding and coding skills.
