Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Supervision of all maintenance & plant engineering functions; - Deploy, maintain & improve the performance of corrective & preventive maintenance programs; - Tracking of the maintenance cost and participation in the financial forecast; - Develop operation strategies and investment plan to minimize utilities usage (Electricity, Natural Gas & water); - Maintain installationsaccording to regulations and standards (STPS, SEDE, NFPA, etc)- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by department supervisor.- Performs activities related to safety.**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:- Bachelor Degree Engineering: Mechanical, Electro Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial; - Facility & Building Maintenance 5-10 Years of experience; - Bilingual (90% Englishand Spanish), both oral and written; - Project management experience and skills; - General Experience in electrical distribution network (low & medium tension), HVAC, plumbing (compressed air & natural gas) and fire protection system.
