Make It With Pride.Your goal will be to ensure that the site manufacturing & support activities run without interruption, avoiding any facilities shortages and/or issues. You will achieve 100% compliance with local legal regulations, quality, health, safety & environmental management systems and standards. You are responsible for the management and maintenance of site facilities, buildings, and equipment (hardware & software).How you will contributeYou will:Work cross-functionally to develop and implement a strategic Facilities roadmap and annual operating plan that provides a competitive advantage to Mondelez. Partner with internal & external stakeholders and service providers to define and meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals. Establish strong governance to review & control operational performance and continuous improvement plans.Lead and ensure that the building maintenance program, facilities maintenance program capabilities, including maintenance repairs & overall operations are in place. Ensure adherence to the business continuity plan and manufacturing standards, with government regulations understood by all employees/service providers at the site.Provide leadership and coaching to the Facilities team towards the implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma ways of working, aiming for zero breakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance strategies.Role model values and principles through effective coaching and mentoring, building skills capability across the technical/engineering team to engage with modern practices.Interface with key stakeholders internally and externally to develop and maintain effective relationships and align priorities to deliver company objectives and goals.What you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career along with the following experience and knowledge:Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma tools and concepts, safety & GMP standards.An engineering degree with strong financial & business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.Job Specific Requirements:Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.Experience in the food industry.Solid knowledge in quality and safety in production plants.TPM / WCM Methodology experience.PM Pillar experience.Experience in IL6S methodology
