As a Maintenance and Engineering Manager, you will be responsible to the Operations Manager or plant for meeting production programs, managing the human and material resources, and complying with the standards of previously determined quality and costs.
YOUR TASK WILL BE: Ensures compliance with company policies.Ensure compliance with the plant's production programs in accordance with standard predetermined costs.Ensures compliance with the predetermined quality levels in the month's forecast.Ensures optimal use of human resources in the production area through proper balancing of production lines.Responsible for the design of the most efficient and optimal work methods and use of equipment.TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED: Industrial or electromechanical engineering degree.3-5 years of experience in a similar position.Desirable experience in leather cutting process and sewing.
