As a Maintenance Associate specializing in forged steel parts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and equipment related to forged parts production.Job DescriptionPerform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment used in the production of forged steel parts to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in forging equipment such as presses, hammers, and other machinery.Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively to prevent breakdowns.Collaborate with the production team to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions to production schedules.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment performance.Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery as needed.Compensation & Benefits$26.40 to $33.86 & Sign on Bonus after 90 days401(k)401(k) matchingMedical/Dental/Vision insuranceEmployee assistance programLife insurancePaid time offTuition ReimbursementRequired Skills and EducationREQUIRED:High School Diploma/GED or equivalentBasic math skills (i.E.
