Maintenance Automation Leader MachObjectiveResponsible for ensuring the correct functioning of the company's equipment, machinery and asset systems, as well as continuous improvement by meeting production, quality and cost requirements through the development and implementation of maintenance strategies, preparation of plans and budgets related to the activities of the department.Main ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the automation department.Provide electronic support to keep equipment operational and reduce risks due to unscheduled shutdowns.Participate in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance programs.Ensure compliance with legal safety and environmental requirements.Provide expert technical training, support and guidance for all projects to team members.Control and optimization of maintenance budgets.Improve the plant's production processes.Implement, install and program instrumentation in data programming for equipment with variables in logical state for reliability analysis.Define and implement standards for electrical, electronic, instrumentation and automation elements in the process such as sensors, VFD, HMI, PLC, I/O, safety elements, servomotors, servovalves, instruments and transducers.Define standards for structured programmed application of PLC, HMI, Robots and security logic and coordination with central areas.Ensure the implementation and compliance of the aforementioned standards.Conduct hot new equipment testing and on-demand remediation testing for NPDS generation open issues remediation plan.Apply RCA that derive from RBO (CBO, Reliability Based on Operation), RBD (CBD Reliability Based on Design), & RBM (CBM Reliability Based on Maintenance) creating new TBM, CBM standards.Audit maintenance activities, with the objective of training and detecting better opportunities to provide feedback on execution or improve safety procedures and execution quality.Train technicians and engineers to develop skills in mechanics, electricity, instrumentation, automation and robotics to learn about process application and maintenance activities and failure analysis.Position RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering / Control / Automation / Mechatronics or Equivalent.Knowledge of the operation of CNC Control Systems (Siemens, Fanuc).Knowledge of Drive Operation and Robot Operation.Knowledge of PLC and HMI (Siemens, Allen Bradley).Sinumerik 840D PL, SL Commissioning and Service.Siemens PLC Programming Expert Level.Industrial Networks: Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet IP, As-i.Machinery Safety: Profisafe, Pilz, Bihl+Wiedemann.KepServer, connection configuration with PLCs, CNCs.Knowledge in vision systems, robotics, drives, networks, servo drives, sensors, etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
