Eaton's VEH NAA North America Auto division is currently seeking a Maintenance Clerk.**What you'll do**:The Maintenance Clerk is responsible for managing and control the Maintenance database system to assure the reliability of the information being loaded by the users and the generated trends being useful to take decisions to improve the performance of the Plant.Making what matters work at Eaton takes the passion of every employee around the world. It's where bold, bright professionals like you can reach your full potential—and where you can help us reach ours.- Close work orders daily using Maintenance database system (typing in comments, ensuring labor is captured correctly, filling in all appropriate fields)- Serve as Maintenance database system administrator (including typing in new PM tasks, analyzing work order comments to determine reason for equipment failures, developing presentations for management review, control access and user's permissions for the system)- Assure the reliability of data captured in the Maintenance database system- Prepare, assemble and process required documentation for time entry and maintenance scheduling- Input data and run reports utilizing computerized maintenance management system (ORACLE)- Prepare report, charts, summary of maintenance activities, downtime histories and trends- Assist the Maintenance Manager with data entry and spare parts inventory**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution- Minimum of one (1) year of engineering and/or maintenance experience in manufacturing or operations environment- Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an accredited institution**Skills**:- Good team facilitation skills and ability to work with internal resources, internal customers, external suppliers, and external customers- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)- Strong organizational skills- Oracle Knowledge- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and integrated team environment- Effective communicator with the ability to develop positive working relationships across a multitude of business unitsWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
