They are efficient and smart, at the same time minimizing the risk profile of the vendors that work in your communities.**Job Activities**- The bidding specialist will search for many vendor options to provide services to the HOA industry.- Managing a high volume of phone calls.- Run the bidding process according to needs.- Post RFP (Request for proposal).- Evaluate vendors according to the requirements of the RFP.- Schedule:_Monday to Friday:- Regular schedule: 8:00 am a 5:00 pm CST MEX- During Summer: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm CST MEX.- Benefits:_- Competitive Salary (According to experience).- Remote Work.- Work Stability.- Computer equipment.- Christmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo).- 12 vacation days after the first year.- IMSS.- Major medical insurance since day 1.- After the 3-month probation contract, we add the following:_- Minor medical insurance (Clinic may vary according to your city).- Food vouchers (10% of the gross salary).- Restaurant tickets ($2,000 pesos).- Saving fund (8% of the gross salary).**Minimum requirements**- 2 years of experience as a maintenance coordinator- Strong writing and speaking English skills.- Experience with Adobe**Skills**- Determined/Persistent- Detail Oriented- Good Listener- Assertive**Salary**: $20,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
