**Company**: Emerald Property Management**Salary**: USD $700-$1000**Company Description****Roles and Responsibilities**:- Diagnosing and triaging work orders to vendors or in-house teams.- Scheduling maintenance with contractors (electrician, plumber, handyman, roofer) and coordinating tenant visits.- Recording and auditing contractor invoices, ensuring accurate financial records.- Informing clients of repair completion, including photos and tenant feedback.- Assisting with compliance-related tasks, ensuring that properties adhere to local regulations and landlord requirements.- Facilitating communication and maintaining positive relationships with landlords, addressing their concerns, and providing regular updates.**Skills**- Phone contact handling skills and active listening.- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.- Fluent English & Excellent communication skills- Self-starter, willing to ask questions, organized, collaborative.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's (required)- Experience in Property Management: 1-2 years (required)- Advanced English (required)**Technology**:- AppFolio- 3CX- LeadSimple**Physical Setting**:Remote**Schedule**:Rotative 40h p/w, sometimes covering weekends (9 am - 6 pm with 1h break)Pay: $13,650.00 - $19,500.00 per month**Experience**:- property management related: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Is your English advanced or native?
