Maintenance Coordinator

Maintenance SupervisorWhat you'll do:Development and follow-up of integral solutions for the DC area, addressing downtime, chronic failures, and design opportunities in equipment involving PLC programming, robot programming, and signal conditioning.Support in shop floor in the PU process - create and update process documentation (SWI, process parameter control, setup) - support site activities to autonomous manufacturing group.Adjust parameters as needed - provide proper follow-up of policy deployment actions.Lead and be accountable for building the Maintenance program, facilities Maintenance program capabilities, including Maintenance repairs & overall operations.Provide leadership and coaching to the facilities team towards implementation of IL6S - Integrated Lean 6 Sigma ways of working.Perform work in one or more of the Maintenance trades: equipment repair, electrical, robots, PLC, and/or general Maintenance.Conduct routine periodic or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance needs.Prepare Maintenance plans for equipment, facilities, and measurement instruments.Draft and update processes and procedures for Maintenance operations.Implement a culture of accident prevention, investigation, equipment Maintenance, and application of rules.Identify, control, and administer risk and danger.Minimum Qualifications:Industrial / Mechanical / Maintenance engineer.Minimum 3 years of experience.Experience in stamping process is a plus.Office / Oracle proficiency.#J-18808-Ljbffr
