**The Opportunity**We are in need of a self-starting, reliable, and eager customer service professional who will contribute to the amazing culture that is Marshall Reddick Real Estate. We're looking for a proactive team member to make an immediate impact in our Property Management division.The main objective of this position is to handle and filter all incoming maintenance requests through AppFolio, communicate with vendors, and ensure requests are resolved in a timely manner. We are looking for a quick learner who is proactive, can take direction well, and shows initiative. This position will require excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management skills to exceed expectations of our tenants, owners, and vendors. You will have the privilege of communicating with landlords, when needed, regarding the status of their properties.**We have a need to hire a full-time, independent contractor to work remotely from Mexico and support our portfolio of properties in Orange County and Los Angeles, CA.****Location\ U007C** Remote - Mexico (Mexico City, Guadalajara, or Monterrey)**Shifts\ U007C** Monday - Friday, 8:30am PDT - 5:30pm PDT (9:30am CST - 6:30pm CST)**What We Offer**Hourly Rate\ U007C$8.00 - $12.00 USDBonus Pay\ U007C U.S. Holidays + Time Off**What You'll Do**:- Respond to all tenant maintenance requests- Contact, coordinate, and dispatch vendor(s) to properties- Communicate with landlords to obtain approval for make-ready or maintenance repairs- Work closely with Maintenance Managers to maintain a vendor list- Onboard new vendors, obtain documentation, set up portal access- Prepare move-in/move-out reports- Must be available for on-call emergency rotation**What Qualifies You**:- Fluent in English and Spanish to include written and verbal communication- Personal laptop/computer, high-speed internet connection, and home office space- Experience using property management software, AppFolio is a huge plus- Property management experience- Customer service experience- Experience working on a team with daily communication**What Sets You Apart**:- Customer service mindset and positive attitude- Ability to learn quickly- Highly self-motivated and willing to put forth extra effort consistently- Passion for real estate and motivation to learn- Experience with CRM software, SuiteCRM a huge plus
