Problem-solving experience would also be a plus.DAY-TO-DAYAs our Maintenance Coordinator, you're responsible for overseeing all aspects of our property maintenance. Organization is key as you triage incoming maintenance requests, determine what services need to be completed, and schedule technicians to perform the work. You communicate with residents, coordinate with vendors, and manage our service calendar to ensure seamless job completion. Scheduling routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance, you also handle billing and order equipment for our inventory as needed
