Chicago-area residential property owners can rely on them for professional and worry-free multi-family, condos, and townhouse management.Ther responsibilities as a **Maintenance Coordinator** are:- Process work orders as received.- Maintain good rapport with other departments and Regions as well as with property owners- Adhere to corporate service inquiry procedure for logging calls.- Forward all maintenance issues/requests to the appropriate staff via the CRM Work Order program.- Respond to homeowners submitting maintenance requests through the website and CRM.- Follow up with crew the to confirm scheduling of appointments with owners to ensure maintenance requests are promptly addressed.- Gather evidence to close work orders.- Schedule regular maintenance services for the associations.**_ Schedule:_**Monday to Friday- Standard time: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Mexico City time (30-minute break)- Daylight savings: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Mexico City time (30-minute break)**_We Offer:_**- Remote Work.- Computer equipment (Laptop, Monitor, and Headset).- Christmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo).- 12 vacation days after the first year.- IMSS.- Major medical insurance since day 1.After a 3-month contract, we Include the following:- Minor medical insurance- Food vouchers (10% of the gross salary monthly).- Restaurant tickets ($2,030 MXN. monthly)- Saving fund (8% of the gross salary).**Requirements**:**Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.**- 2 to 3 years of experience as maintenance coordinator, janitorial coordinator, facilities coordinator or similar role.- Experience working remotely.- Tech Savvy- Feel comfortable overseeing staff.It is a plus if you have experience with Appfolio
