Abroad, we have offices in Guadalajara and Mexico City.**About our client**:Strive for solid connections with managers, community leaders, contractors, and homeowners with expertise in high-rise, mid-rise, commercial, single-family, condo, and resort-style communities- Process work orders as received by confirming receipt to the homeowner and assigning the appropriate vendor.- Maintain good rapport with other departments and Regions to assist owners as quickly and efficiently as possible.- Maintain good rapport with property owners, promptly responding to work orders and providing updated timelines as projects are scheduled.- Adhere to the corporate service inquiry procedure for logging calls.- Forward all maintenance issues/requests to the appropriate staff or vendor via the CRM Work Order program.- Respond to homeowners submitting maintenance requests through the website.- Follow up with vendors to confirm the scheduling of appointments with owners to ensure maintenance requests are promptly addressed.- Schedule regular maintenance services for the associations.**WORK SCHEDULE**:- Monday to Friday. _- Regular schedule: 10:00 to 19:00 Mexico City time.- Daylight saving: 09:00 to 18:00 Mexico City time.**WE OFFER**:- Law Benefits.- Equipment (Laptop, Monitor, and Headset).- Major Medical Insurance.- Christmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo).- After the first 3-months: _- Minor Medical insurance.- Food vouchers (10% of the gross salary).- Restaurant tickets (2,015 MXN pesos).- Saving fund (8% of the gross salary).**Requirements**:**MUST: Advanced English (communication skills: written and verbal).**- High School diploma- 2 to 3 years of experience in a back office role.- Multitasking.- Tech Savvy- Experience with maintenance is a plus.
