Experiences with electrical installations, carpentry, plumbing and tiling are considered additional valuable skill sets.You are autonomous, responsible, flexible, quality- and detail oriented and you are motivated to learn on the job and participate in team skills development initiatives.You speak French (and, ideally, English) and are willing to work in an international and multicultural environment.The Maintenance Employee has the following main responsibilities:- Maintain the campus gardens and premises.- Ensure the snow removal of access roads and parking spaces.- Ensure the proper functioning and general condition of the maintenance equipment, tools, machines and vehicles.- Carry out repairs to facilities and buildings in common areas, student housing, academic classrooms, recreational areas and kitchens.- Participate in preventive maintenance work, according to the instructions and schedule established by the maintenance manager on an annual/seasonal basis.- Participate in various school events (such as graduations, conferences and student led events).
