**Maintenance Engineer**
**Job Functions**
- TPM implementation
- Troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems
- Viability to support in indistinct Shifts.
- Administration labor and material needs for preventive / corrective maintenance on machinery.
- Maintains records regarding time, materials, and equipment usage.
- Determines the need for outside contractors and assists in preparation of bid specifications and the selection of contractors
- Oversees and participates in electrical repairs to building, equipment, hydraulic, pneumatic, electric devices, and related tasks.
- Performs control of equipment, schedule during time of day for energy savings for the energy management system.
- Organizes manufacturer's suggested systems and parts checks on all equipment into an ongoing preventative maintenance schedule.
- Perform deep and technical failure analysis of defective mechanical / electric / electronic components that helps to find root cause of failures.
- Implements monitoring processes to measure efficiency and effectiveness of repair technicians. Develops, sustains and improves processes to provide feedback and training to repair technicians to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leading activities of tests in machines, as well troubleshooting and improvements protocols concerning systems
**Requirements**:
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in maintenance and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) best practices and methodologies
- Engineering Electromechanical, Electrical or Mechanical
- English 80%
- Experience in Industrial Maintenance Minimum 8 years.
- Proven track record of successful implementation of TPM initiatives and projects
- In-depth understanding of equipment maintenance strategies and techniques, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and technologies across various industries
- Ability to identify and prioritize critical maintenance needs and develop appropriate action plans.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes of equipment failures and inefficiencies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to optimize maintenance performance and reliability.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to drive TPM initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to train and mentor maintenance technicians and supervisors on TPM principles and practices Any Certifications area a plus.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma, to integrate with TPM efforts.
