**About the job**:
Responsible for planning and performing extensive preventative maintenance, repair procedures, building, equipment, machinery, grounds, and other company facilities.
**Your tasks**:
- Performs independently preventative maintenance work on all equipment.
- Support with contributions in special projects for maintenance.
- Independently performs a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from manager.
- Maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, faucets, dispensers, and fountains.
- Operating a variety of mechanical tools and equipment such as drills, air compressors, paint sprayers, sewer augers, and various hand tools required for carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance skills.
- Maintains all records related to all vendors, jobs, quotes, TPM, and equipment.
- Performs custodial related duties necessary to maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions of buildings and grounds.
- Inspects facilities to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, determines corrective or preventative measures where indicated, as well as root cause analysis and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.
- Advises and/or responds to emergencies on a 24-hour basis as needed.
- Manages inventory of hand tools and ordering supplies as 5's standard
- Reliable attendance is a must.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the field of maintenance, solving problems and repairs, including at least 3 years' experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, Machinery repair and air conditioning.
- Forklift certification. Work at height
