The successful candidate will have professional development as part of a new team in a growing industry. The objective of the Facilities and Maintenance team is to maintain "business as usual" for plant operations and continuously improve the availability/reliability of the equipment to manufacture quality products in a safe and cost-effective way. This team will also be responsible for the CAPEX planning and execution, including an ambitious capacity increase Master Plan.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintains knowledge and good understanding of plant/equipment and its conditions.Responsible for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting, based on work orders.Monitor plant/equipment to ensure optimal settings, working with Quality to minimize defects and reworks.Monitor plant/equipment to ensure optimal operation, working with Production to minimize waste and unplanned downtime.Monitor plant/equipment for safe operation, working with EHS to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.Develop and implement improvements to minimize downtime for line changes and cleaning.Support plant/equipment installation and startup.QualificationsDegree in Mechatronic, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.+5 years experience in maintenance, engineering or technical field, preferably in the Flexographic Industry.Intermediate English proficiency.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Operation of maintenance shop machinery (desired).Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software, including AutoCAD or SolidWorks (desired).#J-18808-Ljbffr
