Your tasks
- Generate development plans for your people in charge
- Develops technical evaluations to identify areas of opportunity in maintenance technicians
- Coordinate groups of maintenance supervisors and manage necessary resources
- Supervise the update and use of the SAP system the execution status of maintenance orders
- Ensure the fulfillment maintenance plans
- Manages necessary tools for the performance of maintenance teams
Analyze historical information in order to generate systematic solutions through the feedback to the maintenance system which avoid the occurrence of failures
- Generate reports necessary for decision making
- Validates the classification of spare parts based on priorities (A, B, C) for the best administration of these
- Ensures preventive maintenance plans are in accordance with machine failure history, supplier recommendations, and evaluated after changes to machine lay-outs.
- Validate that the maintenance plans contain the necessary instructions to guarantee the correct execution of the same
- Ensures that the procedures of the SAP PM module are implemented and standardized in your area of responsibility.
- Validates the fulfillment the tooling administration procedure
- Manage the necessary tools and spare parts that allow the development of preventive maintenance plans for tooling
- Validate that the maintenance plans contain the necessary instructions to guarantee the correct execution
**Profile**:
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Experience in maintenance and people administration minimum staff of 3 years
Minimum 3 years with people in charge
Knowledge Required: Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Electricity, Electronic.
Maintenance SAP module, Team Work, Problem Solving
English
