Includes people management and budgetary/cost reporting.Your TeamMaintenance Group Leaders.Maintenance EngineerWhat You Will DoManages the Maintenance department objectives and budget, as well as the strategies and action plans to achieve them.Develops and manages preventive and predictive maintenance plan.Schedules repair, maintenance and installation of machines tools and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.Analyzes current productions processes and new product plans in order to determine equipment needs and/or modifications.Requests the purchasing of machinery equipment and tools, supervising the delivery on schedule of these purchases.Supervises the Maintaining of the building, parking lots, open spaces, etc and the different services, such as electricity, water, gas, as well as the operation of air conditioning units.Responsible for Selecting, Training, Motivating, developing and acting as a facilitator to the subordinates.Appraises the performance of subordinates and recommends the appropriate development plans.Participate and provides support related with environmental, Health and Safety objectives, targets and programs including but not limited ISO14001, ISO4500.Has the authority to stop a process or activity, or give coaching if it detects unsafe or acts conditions, that could put at risk the integrity and health of a worker and environment.What You NeedFormal Lean training in TPM Tools.

)Intermediate English (Technical reading and conversation).BS Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical) or related field.Lean Manufacturing.5 years of prior experience in industrial product manufacturing environment.5 years of previous experience as Maintenance Supervisor.3 years of prior experience implementing Continuous Improvement and excellence Methods.3 years of prior experience in Project Management.3 years of prior experience in Wood products and CNC Machines (a plus).Works standing 80 % of the time.Demands effort to analyze, diagnose, and plan
