Job Summary

Manufacturing exposure in a highly technical process oriented site. ProductProcess design integration of tooling, robotics and automation to work cells. Qualify molds and secondary equipment for new and existing products as needed. Participate in development and implementation of action plan activities to improve safety, quality, production, and delivery.ResponsibilitiesRestore product and gate chuck confirmation on all EOATs End of Arm ToolingImprove quality defect due to equipment maintenance factorsEquipment troubleshooting supportCreation of maintenance work manualCreation of inspection reportsAnalyze machine downtime reports for root cause analysis and good countermeasuresProject support new products, request forms, countermeasures, etc.Creation of spare parts list per equipment Critical parts, 1stSupport and followup with contractors for projects throughout plant.Create and keep backup procedures for all equipment that can be backed up.Analyze all PMs and update as needed.Develop injection molding machine ability check sheets to achieve machine efficiency targets.Drive productivity improvements through good PM and PdM activitiesOther projects and assignments as requested by the management team.QualificationBachelors degree or equivalent college plus years of experience.Seeking candidates with 3 years of experience with electromechanical equipment design, installation, debugging and integration of PLCs.Excellent computer skills using MS Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be selfmotivated and have excellent organizational skills

Physical DemandsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to bend, squat, and kneel to work on equipment
