Maintenance Engineer (f/m/d)
**Responsibilities**:
Develops and plans preventive maintenance activities for plant equipment, installation equipment and infrastructure.
Responsible for the implementation of critical spare parts stock, spare parts and consumables.
Generates the master plan, annual, monthly and work orders for critical preventive maintenance, auxiliary equipment, infrastructure and facilities.Supervises the correct execution of the activities performed by plant personnel and/or contractor, supplier or service technician.
Manages preventive or corrective maintenance work orders, attends shutdowns due to failure and bad operations in critical equipment.
Supervises the correct blocking and locking (LOTO) filling of work permit, risk analysis performed by internal and external personnel for routine and non-routine work.
Attends and ensures internal and external audits of the integrated management system.
Responsible for the improvement and update and follow up of procedures involving the maintenance department and the integrated management system.
Communicate to operational staff about maintenance objectives.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives, involving the staff under his charge.
**Qualifications**:
Technical career or engineering in maintenance or related field.
3-5 years of experience in CNC equipment maintenance, Cervomotors, machine geometries, lathes and machining center mazak, DMG, Haasy Romi.
Problem solving tools, TMP knowledge (implementation and follow up), maintenance budget (management and definition).
Development of annual preventive maintenance plan, knowledge in electronics and mechanics. Failure analysis.
Intermediate English.
Availability to rotate 1st and 2nd shifts.
