Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Equipment Maintenance Engineer (MOLDING EXPERIENCE) _located in _Flex Tijuana_- Reporting to the _Equipment Maintenance Manager _this role will be focused on: Through troubleshooting, identifies machine malfunctions and isolates the failure mechanism, responding immediately to equipment breakdowns and assists process technicians and engineers with the installation and removal of process equipment._What a typical day looks like:- _Through troubleshooting, identifies machine malfunctions and isolates the failure mechanism._- _Repairs the failure mechanism in the most cost-effective manner._- _Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns_- _Keeping production managers informed of progress._- _Performs preventive maintenance at specified intervals and schedules._- _Assists process technicians and engineers with the installation and removal of process equipment._- _Analyzes and implements corrective action reports and process tracking mechanisms._- _Records times and problems in equipment logs._- _Provides daily equipment functioning activity information._- _Sets up standard and special purpose laboratory equipment to test, evaluate and calibrate other instruments and test equipment._- _Disassembles instruments and equipment and inspects components for defects._- _Aligns repairs, replaces, and balances component parts and circuitry._- _Devise's formulas to solve problems in measurements and calibrations._- _Assists engineers in formulating test, calibration, repair and evaluation plans and procedures to maintain precision accuracy of measuring, recording and indicating instruments and equipment._- _Highest level may perform both software and hardware maintenance._- _Allocating work to a team of fitters._- _Carrying out quality inspections_- _Fixing faults on site or arranging for replacement machinery or equipment to be installed_The experience we're looking to add to our team:- _BA/BS or equivalent work experience_- _Advanced English_- _Requires a Bachelor´s degree in engineering_- _Experience in the medical industry_- _Typically requires related experience_- _Advanced level of PLC Programing (AB, Mitsubishi, Omron, GE Fanuc, etc.
)_- _Knowledge in Electronic (Digital / Analog) and basic knowledge molding,_- _Advance level of Servo drivers Programing (Parker, AB, etc
