The opportunity to contribute to the organization's environmental and operational objectives is pivotal.ResponsibilitiesBuilding Operation: Ensure the operation of the air conditioning and dehumidifier, and that plant building maintenance meets requirements for a conducive working environment and compliance with specifications.Building Maintenance and Civil Works: Perform regular inspections, arrange for repairs, and improve building equipment while planning for budget-related building maintenance.Production Service: Prepare budgets, schedule maintenance, and ensure all material handling equipment is in good condition and ready for production, as well as maintain all transportation vehicles without failure.HVAC and Humidity: Ensure air-conditioning and dehumidifiers operate smoothly and collaborate with suppliers to maintain all units in proper condition.Emergency Maintenance: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.Sustainability Initiatives: Develop strategies to optimize utility usage, minimize waste, and implement energy-saving practices and technologies to reduce the organization's environmental footprint.Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to utility management and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines related to building management.Project Management: Lead utility-related projects, including upgrades, expansions, and installations, from inception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Ensure projects are executed within budget and meet quality and safety standards.Project Collaboration: Collaborate with the MTE civil central team to obtain advice on the civil work related to projects.Qualifications- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering).- General Knowledge: Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental rules specific to the profession and familiarity with maintenance procedures.- Technical Competencies: Mastery of manufacturing processes and proficiency in using computer tools (ERP).
