**Job Description**:Maintenance & Facilities Manager is responsible to lead maintenance team to ensure equipment availability and TPM structure.
**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of maintenance workers to ensure, that production equipment, machinery, or instruments function reliably, and safely and that facilities, buildings, and plants are in good, working order.- Develops, implements, and maintains a preventive maintenance program, for equipment and facilities.- Inspects completed work to check that, repairs have been completed correctly and that machinery and equipment, conform to specifications and safety standards.- Monitors the condition, of maintenance equipment, materials, parts, and tools that are used by, maintenance workers in their day-to-day activities.- Coaches and mentors, maintenance staff and assist them to diagnose more complex problems, with machinery or equipment problems.- Prioritizes and assigns tasks so, that the team resources are used effectively and that work schedules, and targets are met.- Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work.- Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition.- Implement predictive maintenance strategy.Qualifications:Requires a bachelor's degree.
Requires at least 5 years related experience in HVAC companies.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years previous supervisory experience required.
Requires strong skills for electrical, mechanical and controls.
Able to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
Be available for overtime and/or weekend work as required to meet the needs of our customers.
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
SAP knowledge preferred.
Experience with stamping machinery, coil shop machinery and knowledge of HVAC assembly processes.
Detail Oriented and ability to problem solve effectively.
