Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:Supervise and coordinate a group of Maintenance Supervisors, act as the primary liaison person between maintenance and operationsUnderstand the job well enough to describe what needs to be accomplished, estimate labor hours, tools, and resources needed to complete different work orders.Prepare, define, review and agree CM, PM and PdM plans and schedules that are in sync with the organization's maintenance goals.Constantly adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work.Lead communication between maintenance and other internal beneficiaries of maintenance work to ensure that everyone receives timely, efficient, and quality service.Coordinate planned downtimes to reduce mean time between failures and minimize interference with production schedules.Minimize the number of interruptions once work begins.Establish job goals for the maintenance workforce.Provide immediate insights into potential labor shortages (or excesses).Develop, prepare and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance checklists and other standardized proceduresHigh technical experience in all systems and automationElectromechanical, Mechanic, Electrical Engineer (preferably)Maintenance Software Experience (preferably)KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Driven**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS**:Degree in the areas of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or similarMinimum of 3 years in the Maintenance Equipment area & Building Maintenance coordination experience.English (preferable 80%)Excellent communication and positive attitudeFocused on customer serviceSituational leadershipTeamworkCollaboration with other departmentsTHE ROAD SHOULD BELONG TO EVERYONE.We still live in a world where many feel the road is for other people.
