Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-**Main Responsibilities**:- Leading & coordination of preventative maintenance plans to equipment and building (Preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance)- Ensures de PM execution and compliance with maintenance and safety industrial regulations.- Maintain an excellent team work atmosphere within his team of collaborators, colleagues, superiors.- Develop training plans and development strategies for technicians.- Good mood participation with colleagues from other departments, to promote continuous improvement in teams, achieve common goal and always foster for more efficient and productive BRP.- Ensure the obtaining of the necessary documentation for the Introduction of New Equipment in the areas (Diagrams, spare parts, preventive maintenance planning)- Timely follow-up of service orders. Seek continuous improvement through problem solving methodologies, find the root causes & enforce internal safety regulations like LoTo and EPP. Comply with quality systems (ISO 90000:2015)- Monitor compliance with preventive maintenance orders Rigorous Monitoring of projects and high sense of urgency to react on corrective issues.- Control and analysis of critical spare parts for right level inventory.- Solve equipment problems effectively and efficiently by removing chronical issues or conditions that are repetitive.- Analysis and solving of peripheral equipment failures.- Problem solving methodology: A3, PDCA, DMAIC.- Knowledge in motion control by servo motor, PLC's, Drivers, Motors.- Applicable knowledge of maintenance KPls, such as: MTTR, MTBF, Down Time, TPM, OEE.- Installation and release of building equipment, as well as supply of utilities for the operation and machinery.- Calculation of building equipment capacities (Calculation memory; CFM's, KVAs, Structural, etc.)- Project management and /or supervision on fire control systems and Insurance reporting's.- Electrical Substations understanding and controlling (Medium and high voltage)- HVAC and evaporative units maintenance and comfort understanding to ensure the best possible capabilities
