**Job Description**:
Develop and document requirements required to design an automotive system
Design and manage key strategic interfaces within systems to enable component reuse and consistency to standard methodologies
Oversee requirements development with other activities
Provide support to other specialists for root cause analysis
Strong ability to expertly capture and analyze empirical data.
Design Tests to efficiently find opportunities for design improvements
Stay on top of industry trends, technologies, and standard methodologies.
Identify and document system vulnerabilities and craft mitigation action plans; track corrective actions
**Work Apropertly**
On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis
**What you will do?**
- Interact with automation systems, robots, aerial conveyor, vision system, presses, super track technology, lasers
- Management of maintenance technicians
- Opportunistic reactive preventive maintenance
- Maitenance to the equipments, lead skill trades, people management, tool requirmentes and knwoledge of global manufacturing system
- Collaborate cross functionally to develop creative solutions.
- Ability to summarize critical issues with resolutions and communicate to leadership
- Ability to be flexible and at times work extended and non-core hours to ensure issues are worked to resolution.
- Ability to travel to plant locations when required for onsite support of launch and build-out.
- Ability to problem tackle complete issues and implement new and innovative strategies.
**Additional Job Description**:
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree: Mechatronic Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer and all Engineering related.
- Required experience in similar position: from 1 to 3 years.
- English Level: Advanced.
- Key Skills:
Advance knowledge and mastery of software: Rockwell, Handling tool, Promes, Bosh Servo drives,
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Maintenance Knowledge
- Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic
