**MAINTENANCE / HSE **SUPERVISOR****MAIN FUNCTIONS**:- Participates in Determining the Department's Objectives and Budgets, as well as the Strategies and Plans to Achieve those Objectives.- Develops, Modifies and Maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Maintenance Function.- Develops, Modifies and Maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the HSE Function. This includes but is not limited to Safety procedures and programs, evaluate use of PPE and accident and incident prevention.- Works with the Shelter company to understand and comply with government requirements.- Participates in the Development of Preventive Maintenance Plans.- Can Supervise the Building or Modification of Machinery and Equipment for New Production Processes or to aid Current Production Processes.- Can formulate the Requisition of Machinery and Equipment as well as Supervises the Delivery and Inspection of these purchases.- Analyzes the Department's Operation and Recommends changes to Management.- Supervises the Maintenance of Continuous Services such as electricity, water, gas, etc. and support systems such as Air Conditioning and compressor units.- Supervises the Maintenance of the Building(s), Parking lots and Patios of the Company.- Supervises the Training and Appraisal of Subordinates and Recommends the appropriate Development Plans. Conducts Evaluations of the Performance of subordinates- Recommends the appropriate Development Plans.**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:- Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical or Electromechanical).**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:- 3 to 5 Years within Industrial Maintenance Processes.- 1 to 3 Years experience with HSE (Safety emphasis)**LEVEL OF ENGLISH FLUENCY**:- Advanced**COMPUTER USAGE**:- Intermediate (Use of Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Etc.) and- Application Programs as ERP, MS Project, VISIO, etc.**SKILLS**:- Requires Ability to work effectively with remote teams.- Proven experience with maintenance and safety concepts.- Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.- Possesses strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.- Ability to work with equipment and maintain accurate documentation records.
