They perform detailed pre-occupancy, pre-departure, pre-lease, and pre-termination inspections of all residences. They create long-term plans and prepare the required documentation for budgeting, contracting, and permitting of the projects. They work directly with the landlords to ensure all maintenance and repair projects are completed to US standards. Incumbent reports directly to the Supervisory Realty/Leasing Assistant and Directly Supervises the Work Order Control Clerk, Plumber, HVAC technician, Electrician and Trades Helper**Qualifications and Evaluations**:- Requirements:EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in building construction, property, real estate, residential management, or facility management. Two of the years should be in project supervision or inspection of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, carpentry and/or masonry is required.- Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Architecture, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.- Evaluations:LANGUAGE:English - Good working knowledge is required. This may be testedSpanish - fluent level is required.
