In the job as Maintenance Lead, you will have the opportunity to actively support the organization by ensuring that our manufacturing site runs as needed to achieve the growth expected of the products we make in Mexico, excel in your own daily tasks and responsibilities, and experience a very varied working day in a dynamic environment.Required Skills / Abilities:Bachelor's degree in a related field.Five years' experience in maintenance.Two years' experience working in the medical device field (desirable).Ability to distinguish color.Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.Proficient in the use of Maintenance Management Software.Ability to coordinate several projects at the same time.Excellent leadership skills.Authority:Stops machines if quality of products is not as specified.Stops machines if scrap rates are too high.Stops machines if safety is not adequate.Discipline and terminate employees in accordance with company policy and involvement from the next level up of leadership.This is a manufacturing facility and as a result, employees have the potential to be exposed to noise, chemicals, fumes, airborne particles, machinery, vibration, or other workplace hazards controlled within compliance of current safety and health standards.How to Apply:If you are interested in the position, please apply as soon as possible through our recruitment system.
