**What is the job about?**
As a Maintenance leader, you will be responsible for lead action plans and coordinate resources necessary to keep working the machines. Propose improvement plans to get the best performance of equipment. Do failure analysis to detect risks and take actions to solve.
This position reports directly our Production Manager and will operate daily of the San Luis Potosí, MX facility.
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Downtime
- Compliance PM14 plan
- Budget
- Competences training plan
- Action plans
- Participate and collaborate in the objectives, programs and procedures of health, safety, and environment, in addition to the activities that are carried out to comply with the aforementioned.
**Your background**
We imagine that you have:
- Engineer (mechanical, electric, mechatronic, industrial, maintenance)
- 5 years how maintenance supervisor, maintenance coordinator, maintenance engineer
- Technical knowledge (mechanical, electrical, electronic
, maintenance administration, financial aspect, SAP)
- LOTO & Safety procedures
- English (conversation and read)
