Schedule work and manpower to meet production demands, maintain the preventative maintenance system and work toward meeting or exceeding the plants safety and uptime goals. Control maintenance expenses by monitoring overtime and parts expenses weekly.Main ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain mechanical integrity and equipment reliability programs to ensure employee safety, provide environmental security, and maximize the plant's availability, product quality, and cost effectiveness. Other primary duties include ownership of the plant's PM/Pd.M. activities; leadership of equipmentperformance tracking and repair/improvement prioritization; technical guidance and coaching of mechanical crew; and engineering supportof maintenance and capital projects.Implement the complete strategy of the Progressive Maintenance (PM) Pillar across all manufacturing lines while assuring high performance KPI results in state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and TPM & IL6S Methodologies. Implement the HSE strategy to be able to pause, think and act while doing maintenance activities as a value culture.Assure production schedules are met and all issues are resolved and communicated in a timely fashion and reasonable costs.Responsible for eliminating all causes of failure and ensuring full useful life in coordination with daily maintenance completed by operating personnel. Leads activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment. Provides technical and problem-solving support for the plant and maintenance crews.Support and execute plant specific maintenance strategies to achieve Plants key performance goals for overall maintenance performance. Inspect operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.Review production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.Position RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or equivalentExperience: 3+ years in similar positionsKnowledge of maintenance tasks and activities. Mechanical, electrical and control on high end equipment. Ability to create strategic planning for asset management activities. Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time. Advanced understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance processes.High analytical skills. Demonstrated leadership skills. Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills
