Control maintenance expenses by monitoring overtime and parts expenses weekly.Main ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain mechanical integrity and equipment reliability programs to ensure employee safety, provide environmental security and maximize the plant's availability, product quality, and cost effectiveness.Implement the complete strategy of the Progressive Maintenance (PM) Pillar across all manufacturing lines while assuring high performance KPI results in state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and TPM & IL6S Methodologies.Assure production schedules are met and all issues are resolved and communicated in a timely fashion and reasonable costs.Responsible for eliminating all causes of failure and ensuring full useful life in coordination with daily maintenance completed by operating personnel.
Leads activities of workers engaged in the repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment.Supports and executes plant specific maintenance strategies to achieve key performance goals for overall maintenance performance.
Inspect operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.Position RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent.Experience: 3+ years in similar positions.Knowledge of maintenance tasks and activities, mechanical, electrical and control on high end equipment.
Ability to create strategic planning for asset management activities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Advanced understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance processes.High analytical skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
Computer Maintenance Management Systems (SAP is a Must).
Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methods and processes.Ability to lead direct reports and provide proper feedback and motivation to sustain a teamwork environment.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems using formal techniques to evaluate systems, equipment, and processes.Demonstrated ability to organize and implement projects which improve the operational effectiveness of a process.
Experience and execution in the use of Reliability and Cause Analysis tools (i.E.
RCA, FMEA, 5 Why, Fishbone, Criticality Analysis, etc.)
