Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.Follow us on:- LinkedIn BRP- TwitterBRPnews- YouTube CommunicationsBRP**SECTION I: GENERAL SUMMARY**The purpose of this position is to maintain and optimize the technical performance. leading interdisciplinary teams to devise and implement systemic solutions for safety, reliability, availability, and maintenance costsDevelop, implement, and manage predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to support and ensure delivery of cost-effective solutions.**SECTION II: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline- A minimum of 10 years in manufacturing and/or automotive industry- Education in reliability engineering and/or maintenance management- Experience with CMMS- Skilled in Maintenance methodologies (like RBI, RCM, FMECA and CBM) and corresponding tools**SECTION III: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS**:- Teaching & Knowledge sharing capabilities- Problem solving abilities- Able to set priorities- Shows flexibility and adaptability- Coaching and training skills- Reviews and controls regularly preventive maintenance and inspection plans, based on risk analysis and criticality ranking of assets, and to meet business requirements- Periodically monitors asset performance and analysis of performance losses and the effectiveness of current maintenance strategies- Maintain KPI's to measure efficiency of the maintenance team and implement improvement system- Assessment of bad-actors in terms of safety, reliability, availability and maintenance cost- Assessment of deficiencies in spare-part management and determines (critical) spare parts plan and item catalogue- Provides input to configure the maintenance management systemPuesto: Ingeniero - Mantenimiento**Información Adicional**Tipo de contrato: PermanenteSalario: NegociablePais: MEXICOEstado o Region: ChihuahuaCiudad: Ciudad Juarez
