We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Maintenance Manager** based in _Torreon Plant, Torreon Coah., Mex._ _(E-Systems Division).
Maintenance Manager you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a Plant Manager.
**Your Task will be**
- Knowledge in management of downtime
- EAM Systems knowledge and Preventive maintenance
- Experience in MTP, cutting machine, ultrasonic machine, industrial electricity
- Experience in tool crib
- Continuous improvement
- OEA/CTPAT/ Clean industry,
- Control of budget and expenses
- Safety culture mindset.
**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:
- Education**:Bachelor's Degree on Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
Master's degree is a Plus
- At least 3 years of work in Maintenance Management position in the Automotive sector
- Analytical mind and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and leadership
- English: Proficient
