Take your next step and support us as a Maintenance Manager.DescriptionResponsible for the equipment, facilities, and all physical assets involved in the development of the productive activities of the company.Oversee the continuity of production and the efficiency with which operational resources are used.Temporary work contract.QualificationsTSU or Engineering degree in Industrial maintenance, Industrials, and correlate careers.Minimum experience of 3 years performing tasks and functions like those described, as Maintenance Manager or Assistant Maintenance Manager, desirable knowledge in the plastic Industry (molds, injection tools).Assign and monitor the activities of the collaborators in your team.Resolve incidents and ensure the daily operation of the systems and machinery.Develop, implement, and monitor the predictive and preventive maintenance plan.Participate with continuity in safety, health, and environment and improvement initiatives.Plan, coordinate, and supervise the annual shutdown of the plant and machinery activity.Work together with the rest of the people in charge in the reduction of the environmental footprint (reduction of energy consumption, water, air, soil, noise pollution).Manage the supply of utilities (electricity, water, air, raw material, etc.).Manage the spare parts and engineering warehouse.Manage the maintenance budget.Perform various types of audits (safety, ISO 9001).Ensure periodic training of the maintenance team.Manage investment projects in the plant.English (Conversational).#J-18808-Ljbffr
