In this role, you will work directly with tenants and owners to ensure all maintenance work is addressed in a timely manner. The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance system and ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner- being the primary point of contact for vendors, tenants, and owners regarding maintenance issues. The Maintenance Manager will need to possess excellent communication and management skills to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner with client satisfaction at the forefront.**Job Roles**:- Address and handle all incoming maintenance issues at Rincon.- Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, clients, and team members.- Oversee third party softwares to ensure maintenance is done seamlessly.- Coordinate purchase and delivery of materials to a jobsite.- Draft estimates and contracts for Quick Turn work.- Manage vendors and project timelines.- Provide support for in house maintenance staff.- Track accounts payable and receivable.**IMPORTANT NOTE**:Pay: From $24,000.00 per month
