Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance, Lead Coordinator of the maintenance department will be responsible for administering the maintenance system and coordinating the efforts and resources of the maintenance department to achieve zero downtime, zero defects, and zero accidents through the optimization of resources to update the conditions of the equipment and/or machinery as well as deploy autonomous maintenance to improve preventive and predictive maintenance with the objective of ensuring the maintenance and continuous improvement of the defined metrics such as Downtime, OEE, MTTR, MTTF, Execution of preventive maintenance, etc. This position is reached by the molding and assembly lines of the plant.SPECSSCHOOLING: Engineering in Electromechanics, or related career eg. Industrial Engineering with option in Industrial Maintenance; Engineering in Mechatronics, etc.POSITION EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar positionBilingual English 80% Listen, Speak, Write (intermediate/conversational level)SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEProven leadership in technical teams and maintenance engineersProven knowledge in building infrastructure such as electrical substations, air compressors, climate systems, etc.Knowledge in regulation for compliance with standards such as STPS, etc.Interpretation of electronic/electrical circuits, fault diagnosis.Knowledge of the different processes for the assembly of tablets: BGA, True Hole, SMT, Wave solder.Knowledge in molding process.Basic knowledge of structural language programming such as Visual Basic, as well as basic programming of computer software, configurations, hardware, applications, networks, etc.Experience in Project ManagementKnowledge and experience in ContinuoAutoCADKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing Processes.Basic knowledge of Six Sigma (Green Belt level)Knowledge in industry 4.0 deployment and digitalization.REQUIRED SKILLSTeamworkFlexible to changesAnalyticGood leadershipAutotargetProactive#J-18808-Ljbffr
