**Job Summary**:
We are now looking for a Maintenance Manager to provide technical leadership to engineers and technicians for machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effective counter measure. In this role, you will be responsible of overall reliability of equipments of respective process through planning, directing and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, through the use of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Methodology.
The position is based in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico.
**What you will do**:
As a Maintenance Manager you will:
- Overall reliability of equipment of respective process through planning, directing and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Provide technical leadership to engineers and technicians for machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effective counter measure.
- Drive innovation to improve energy consumption and better machine ergonomics for operators' safety.
- Plan of the shift team and ensure sufficient manning.
- Lead in the appraisal of the technicians and team.
- Responsible of the Utilities & Projects departments of the factory.
**We believe you have**:
- 5 - 7 years of experience as Maintenance Engineer.
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Background in Mechanical, Electrical and Automation maintenance.
- Proven experience working with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) / Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) / Continuous Improvement methodologies of at least 4 years.
- Knowledge in predictive maintenance, Reliability Center Maintenance (RCM).
- Forecast and costs management experience.
- Project Management skills.
- People management of at least 15 persons, with 3 years' experience as minimum.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge and experience working with ISO 9000, 18000, 14000 and 22,000.
- Food safety knowledge is a plus.
