Your Roles & Responsibilities Define operating procedures related to the quality system, environmental management system and safety, to comply with said standards.
Define plans for the fulfillment of the objectives and goals defined by general management for the current year.
Define requirements necessary to carry out the purpose of the position regarding programs and systems, human resources, basic service capabilities and work equipment.
Ensure that machinery and construction procurement projects meet current and future needs Serve as promoter of the comprehensive quality management system IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001 Formalize preventive maintenance programs for machinery and production equipment and emergency spare parts.
Promoter of continuous improvement activities in manufacturing processes.
Obtaining external documents.
Customer standards, drawings, MAHLE standards.
Install a historical file for corrective and preventive maintenance.
Administration of the area's resources, as well as acquisition and justification of additional resources.
Present information about the results of the area.
Ensure the necessary resources to maintain the operation of the maintenance department in general.
Establish objectives for the maintenance department.
Ensure an inventory of spare parts adequate for production needs.
Ensure that environmental aspects comply with established standards.
Achievement in compliance with the occupational health and safety policy and procedures and with the occupational safety and health system requirements, including emergency preparedness and response requirements.
Assumes responsibility for occupational health and safety aspects over which they have control, including compliance with applicable occupational health and safety requirements of the organization.
Ensure the availability of essential resources to establish, implement, maintain and improve the environmental management system.
Calculate, report and manage the budget (Personnel and Expenses) for your area in coordination with the Comptroller department and General Management.
