Maintenance Manager (F/M7D)

**Responsibilities**:
Guarantees the availability of production plant equipment complying with the preventive maintenance program.

Manage the department budget.

Manage and promotes cost reduction projects in the maintenance area.

Maintains good communications with other departments.

Encourages and promotes the segurity rules compliance.

Comply with all environmental impact regulations through maintenance activities.

Schedule and execute the maintenance programs for facility services.

Involves in the installation, modification and relocation of machinery.

Manages work the external suppliers.

Coordinate preventive maintenance program.

Promotes safety and training.

Coordinate the new equipment installation in plant.

Maintains lands and buildings and promotes 5S activities.

Facility services design.

Administrates equipments parts warehouse.

Reports monthly area metrics.

STPS program management.

New equipment engineering revisions.

Performs with the help of the safety coordination the check list for "new/modified/ added equipment" and leads required activities development.

Develop checklists for new / modified / transferred equipment, in addition to leading the resulting activities required.

Has the authority to stop processes in case of quality and safety issues.

Promote continuous improvement through the quality activities.

Qualifications:
Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

5 years of experience in the Maintenance area, similar position.

Knowledge of development, implementation and maintenance methods.

Knowledge of local and federal safety and environmental regulations.

Working knowledge of planning, construction, maintenance and alteration of equipment, machinery and facilities, brigade, ISO 50001.

Fluent English.
