Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Equipment Maintenance Manager located in Juarez South North Campus.
Reporting to the Senior Director Operations, Maintenance SME with high experience in insulin dispensing devices and high skill level on semi-automated machines
What a typical day looks like:
- Directs daily department activities in order to maximize equipment utilization and support production needs.
- Establishes preventative maintenance schedules.
- Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests.
- Reviews and establishes material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements.
- Coordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations.
Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the departmental function.
- Administer safety programs in order to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees.
- Generates maintenance logs and other operations metrics.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in similar position in Medical Experience devices
- Advanced English communication skills (verbal and Written).
- Knowledge in preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance.
- Experience in automatic/ semi component insertion machines- hydraulic systems/ neumatic system process
- Experience in team management.
- skill level on semi-automated machines
- Experience in insulin dispensing devices
- Validations PQ, IQ, OQ
