DE C.V.****Solicita**:**Maintenance Manager (TPM)****Descripción y Requisitos****Job Profile**- ** Plant expert in maintenance processes**:- Leading a cross-functional project team to improve maintenance relevant KPIs across the plant (MTBF, MTTR, technical down-time, spare part availability, Maintenance losses,...).- Analyze and further develop the maintenance procedures and processes- Define and plan necessary resources and know-how required for a state of the art maintenance process- Define the time line and the work packages to rollout the defined maintenance process.- Overall responsibility of maintenance processes and strategies.- Oversee and improve TPM processes according to the industry standards- Work hand in hand with the Process engineering departments to achieve a common understanding and define the necessary improvements**Qualifications**- Bachelor degree, post-graduate preferred.- 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Leadership.- Bilingual English-Spanish- **Solid knowledge in TPM (total productive maintenance)** Studies and experience in mechanical or electrical field.- Experience in project management- Problem solving oriented- Communication effectively with anyone- Know when and how to delegate work- Spot and resolve conflicts between team members- Handle different temperamentsPuesto: Mantenimiento**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
