Lead the maintenance molding area organization covering all types of maintenance for molding equipment (mold machines, molds and auxiliary equipment) and molding process.
Support projects to develop material and manage saving projects related to the molding area.
Implement best practices from the market to achieve customer satisfaction for our internal and external customers.What You'll Do:Create maintenance key strategies to maintain production volume, excellent asset condition, and reliability focused on the molding area of the site.Manage and develop financial key strategies focused on optimizing financial resources to assure the correct operations of the molding area.Contribute to key strategies focused on growth, sustainability, and cost reduction related to the molding area.Develop local contractors and specialist machine shops to repair, fix, and manufacture tooling and mechanical parts to gain flexibility and quick response when operations need it.Implement and communicate necessary strategies and indicators to accomplish business goals and customer satisfaction in the molding area.Develop necessary procedures to guarantee compliance with Management Quality systems, environmental, safety, and health requirements.Implement systems that promote continuous improvement and foster a culture of quality, environmental care, safety, and health.Maintain & control appropriate stock levels (Max & Min) of spare parts needed for factory operations.Projects You'll Work On:Maintain all machinery and equipment in good operational condition by accurately monitoring and solving the main causes of downtime.Continuously develop the competencies of the technical team to ensure growth and preparedness for future complex processes.Maintain sufficient stock of critical spare parts through close tracking and planning of maximum & minimum stock levels.Develop action plans to address specific technical and management issues that may risk power supply and service plant operations.Handle difficult decisions on specific topics related to plastic molding and processes related to manufacturing and plastic transformation
