People management & budgetary accountability.Main ActivitiesEnforce safety & health rules & 5S.Manage the maintenance department according to SPS/SIM rules, to guarantee the performance of industrial equipment (OEE, MTBF, MTTR).Responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well-being.Manage the TPM on the whole process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines.Participate in MPS and manage load/resource balance according to the MPS outputs.Manage IIT4 to decide, prioritize & implement with manufacturing the maintenance actions plan in order to maintain machines' original state.Responsible for the correct preservation of tools and equipment.
