We are looking for a warehouseman join our Maintenance team.
Based in Tetla - Mexico.
Main responsibilities:
- Verify the characteristics and record of spare parts entering the warehouse.
- Preparing purchase requests (DOA) obtains the corresponding authorization for the acquisition of spare parts, material and services mainly from the maintenance area.
- Keep track of the requests (DOA) generated, following up on the delivery date.
- Comply with the purchasing procedures considering the amount of the expense for each request.
- Keeps track of spare parts and auxiliary materials delivered against stock.
- Make daily reports of input and output of material from the warehouse.
- Performs and/or coordinates inventories in the warehouse.
- Establishes registration and control work methods in the warehouse, determining maximums and minimums.
- Prepare the monthly schedule of acquisitions for the replacement of spare parts or auxiliaries.
- Updated consumption record systems such as gas, nitrogen, oils, diesel, etc.
- Capture invoices in the MFG_Pro system of the different plant departments.
- Development of replacement packages for preventive maintenance equipment.
- Comply with the integrated management policy, Quality, Health, Safety at work and Environment.
Who are we looking for?
- University preferably in Industrial Engineering / Electromechanics / Logistics / related.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication skills and maintain good external (suppliers) and internal (internal customers) relationships.
- Know the techniques of storage, preparation and inventory control.
- Responsible for the handling of complex materials and equipment, since it is in charge of their custody.
- Availability and flexibility of schedule, derived from maintenance needs on holidays and weekends.
- Actively explore and understand the needs of different departments.
- Able to handle confidential information.
- Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
- Office management.
