Make Your Mark Video**Team overview and job responsibilities****Job responsibilities**:- Meet the goals of Quality, Production and Waste.- Become aware of the quality policy, quality objectives and the contribution of the efficiency of the Quality Management System, including both benefits of improving performance and the consequences of non-compliance with QMS requirements.- Plan preventive and/or corrective maintenance on equipment/devices at the factory.- Notify superior of the request for new or special spare parts that have not been registered in the spare parts warehouse system.- Manage the activities of contractors and make them comply with prysmian Telecom regulations.- Respect and comply with safety rules, as well as the Internal Work Regulations throughout the plant.- Keep your work area clean and tidy according to the 6 S's program established for the company.- Responsible for participating and improving in the implementation of engineering projects, production and improvements in equipment and machinery installed.- Responsible for actively participating in the development and performance of the HSE.- Work as a team, and who is empowered according to the relevant certification procedures and train new members.- Provide guidance and awareness to all operational personnel regarding the proper functioning of production lines in order to increase productivity, reduce waste and potential risks in terms of health, safety and environment.- Responsible for actively participating in the development and performance of the HSE and ISO/TL/PQMS Quality System.- Provide support in search of corrective and preventive actions as well as in continuous improvement actions.- This position has the possibility to drive a forklift within the organization as long as it is necessary, is trained for it and making correct use of the policy of use of these and their corresponding Personal Protective Equipment.- Comply with the guidelines established by the environmental management system.**Who are we looking for?**:- Bachelor's degree: Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer or related.- Experience: Minimum 3 years in the area
