As a MAINTENANCE PLANNER, you will develop effective work plans according to the needs of the operation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make efficient maintenance plans that ensure continuity of operation.
- Develops and leads work plans in accordance with the Site Maintenance Management System (MMS) and applicable standards.
- Budget work order costs to ensure spare parts inventories.
- Carry out action plans with a focus on continuous improvement.
- To know the assets for the realization of effective diagnostics to identify failures and resolve their causes.
- Analyze key indicators to know the relationship between occurrence, conditions of use, environmental conditions, frequency, severity and, if possible, detectability of failures.
- Develop work instructions; based on this accumulation of knowledge, the maintenance planner is able to design work instructions or procedures with structured steps to guide technicians when intervening on assets.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 2 years experience in maintenance planning.
- Intermediate English.
