Your success is our success.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Maintenance Planner duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Comply with and maintain an understanding of the Textron manuals suite and the procedures contained within it; Ensure the policies, procedures and instructions published by the Company are adhered to; Hold safety as a core value and contribute to the achievement of a zero harm and incident/injury free environment through active participation in all safety programs relevant to the position; Report all safety related matters in accordance with the Safety Management System (SMS) and make appropriate recommendations to improve safety; Clearly communicate maintenance requirements with aircraft owners, operators and HAAMC's including, but not limited to, confirming scheduled maintenance booking details, updating progress of maintenance carried out at the time, aircraft availability and location, any defect found during the course of maintenance, AD's and SB's to be completed during scheduled maintenance; Compile and certify for all aircraft and related aircraft maintenance records on behalf of the Company, including completion of component documentation and Release Notes, Aircraft Logbook entries, Logbooks and Logbook Statements, Maintenance Release documents, AD and SB records; Certify Maintenance Release documents and Release Notes in accordance with the Company system of Certification; Raise, process and complete work packages and log entries to produce accurate maintenance forecasts, Work Packs, Job Board update, and database compliance; Upkeep of Job Board with current, scheduled and forecast maintenance, ensuring all completed Work Packs are correct and complete and are provided to the Accounts team for end of month invoice processing; Evaluate maintenance information published by NAA's, aircraft and component manufacturers relating to aircraft maintained by the Company; Update company systems with information pertaining to maintenance (electronic manuals, modification information, Service Bulletins); Raise new log books for new or imported aircraft as required; Maintain the Maintenance Planning office in a neat and organized manner at all times; Maintain aircraft archive records
